TERMS OF SERVICE
By requesting a commission, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your form.1. GENERAL TERMS- I have the right to decline any commission request if I feel uncomfortable or if it falls outside my capabilities (Please check my Do & Don't list).- All commissions are digital files only.- Turnaround time is usually between 1 to 4 weeks. I will inform you if there are any unexpected delays.2. PAYMENT- All prices are in USD. Payment is accepted via PayPal Invoices or Ko-fi.(For Vietnamese clients, I accept local bank transfers. Please DM me for the rates and details).- Payment must be made 100% upfront.- Please do NOT send money through PayPal "Friends & Family". I will only accept payments through the official Invoice I send you.3. PROCESS & REVISIONSThe Workflow: I will send you Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates at 3 stages: Sketch ➔ Base Color ➔ Final Render.Revisions:- Sketch phase: You can request major changes (e.g., pose, expression, outfit, character dynamics).- Coloring/Final phase: Only minor adjustments are allowed. Major changes at this stage will incur an additional fee.- Please provide clear references (images, character sheets, or specific poses) from the beginning to ensure the best result.4. COPYRIGHT & USAGEArtist Rights: I retain full copyright of the artwork. I reserve the right to post the watermarked artwork on my social media (X/Twitter, etc.) and add it to my portfolio. If you want the commission to be kept private, please let me know upfront.Client Rights: You are purchasing the artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may upload it to your social media, but please credit me properly (@Fnku19).Commercial Use: If you intend to use the artwork for profit, a commercial fee will be applied (usually x2 or x3 the base price). We must discuss this before the commission starts.5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS100% Refund: If I have not started the commission or if I have to cancel it from my side due to personal reasons.No Refunds: Once the sketch is approved and the rendering process has started, no refunds will be issued._{If you file a chargeback against me maliciously, you will lose all rights to the artwork, be permanently blacklisted, and publicly warned to other artists.}

A: I use Clip Studio Paint for all my digital illustrations. For my lineart and coloring process, I primarily use the software's default brushes.Q: What is the canvas size and resolution of the final artwork?
A: You are free to request a specific canvas size and aspect ratio. All full-color illustrations are drawn at 350 DPI (the industry standard for high-quality printing)Q: What file format will I receive?
A: You will receive a high-resolution, watermark-free digital file (usually PNG or JPG) delivered via email or a secure Google Drive link. If you need a transparent background, please specify this in your request form.Q: How long will it take to finish my commission?
A: My average turnaround time is between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your piece, the number of characters, and my current waitlist. I will keep you updated during the sketching and coloring phases.Q: How will I know if my commission request is accepted?
A: After you fill out the request form, I will review it. If your request is accepted, I will reach out to you via X (Twitter) DM or email to confirm the details and send you the payment link (PayPal Invoice or Ko-fi).
